Don't be stupid. Any truly effective training regimen requires hard effort, discomfort and risk of injury. A realistic appraisal of your current fitness level, capacities and goals BEFORE you begin, is in order. The workouts and information provided here are intended to help develop ELITE fitness, over time, IF followed consistently, progressively and intelligently, but the workouts and advice are just TOOLS. It is UP TO YOU, to select and use these tools safely and effectively. If you don't know ASK, if your not sure, FIND OUT. It's called PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY. READ THE FOLLOWING EXCERPT FROM CROSSFIT.COM AND THEN CLICK THE LINK TO LEARN MORE.
