Four rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters
50 Squats
Time 15:58
Just got back from a week and a half vacation, and this was my first workout back at HC2 in about 2 months!
Having done this workout before I knew what I was in for. Since I hadn't worked out for almost 2 weeks I purposely reined in the intensity level, especially in the runs. Round three was the worst. Even with scaling back the intensity, I still felt pukie chasing me. Made it through the workout though! |
