Hey, 1/2 way through the challenge!
I'm in Jacksonville for the Basic Barbell cert, so it's a little hard to control the nutrition. This is more or less a cheat day.

Breakfast
2 sausage burritos
Fruit & yogurt parfait

Macadamia nut

Lunch
Subway ham & turkey sandwich, double meat
NOTE: I went with double meat to try to balance out the proteins to carb ratio. Even so, I think this meal was still 3 or 4 blocks higher in carbs than protein

2 chicken sandwiches

Day 2 of Basic Barbell cert. It's a pain in the butt trying to stay in the Zone when you're not at home and have very little time!

Second cheat day. Didn't get to pick up groceries yesterday, so I wasn't eating as well as I could have. Hit the grocery store today, so tomorrow should be better
